All such donations should comply with all the applicable Indian laws made for Donations like FCRA and the rules made and notification issued thereunder, Information and Technology Act and the rules made thereunder, Prevention of Money Laundering Act and the rules made thereunder, Income Tax Act and the rules made thereunder, Goods and Services Tax Act and rules made thereunder, and any other applicable laws.
